How to apply for NIT Silchar Recruitment 2019
Interested and eligible candidates should send their soft copy of the application to the following email id: facultyap.nits@gmail.com within 20th September 2019 by 5 pm only. The subject line of the email should be "name of the department-post". No application will be considered after that time.

The soft copy of the application should include the following: The application form in pdf format
- The datasheet in MS Excel in xls / xlsx format
- The pdf version of the datasheet mentioned in (2) above
- Soft copy of the transaction slip for the fees deposited
- Xerox copy of speed post receipt
- The prescribed format of the application form and the data-sheet can be downloaded from NIT Silchar website (www.nits.ac.in).
The hard copy of the application should be sent to "Dean (F.W), National Institute of Technology Silchar, P.O. Silchar – 788 010, Assam" within due date by Speed Post only. The department and post applied for must be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
The hard copy of the application should include the following
- The duly filled in application form
- All relevant documents (self-attested)
- The hard copy of the datasheet
- Copy of transaction slip for the fees deposited
Application Fee
Application fees of Rs. 1,000.00 for General/OBC candidates & Rs. 500.00 for SC/ST/PWD/EWS candidates be paid directly to State Bank of India in the account of Director, NIT Silchar (A/C No. – 10521277057, IFSC Code – SBIN0007061).
