The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBDA) invites application from eligible candidates for the undermentioned positions under the IFAD Aided project – Megha – LAMP. The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis and shall cease when the project closes on December 2022. 1. Senior Manager (Credit Linkage and Investment)
No of Post: 1
Educational Qualification:
Master degree from a recognised university. Preference will be given to candidates with master degree in economics or MBA in finance. Minimum 5 years work experience in supervisory capacity in the field of development of rural based enterprises. Preference will be given to candidates having fair knowledge of banking, micro finance, insurance and financial services.

2. Field Engineer:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor degree/diploma in soil and water conservation engineering/ agricultural engineering/ water resource engineering/ civil engineering. Preference shall be given to candidates with one year or more experience in the field of identifying of sites, designing, planning and estimation of engineering structures and related matters.

3. Producer Group Development Facilitators

Education Qualification:
Bachelor degree in social sciences, social work, rural development. Preference shall be given to candidates with a minimum of one year experience in enterprise promotion, agriculture supply chain and market service development, private public partnership, understanding of inclusive development, etc.

Duly filled in application forms (complete in all respects), one recent passport size Photograph along with necessary certificates and testimonials should be submitted at the Office of the Meghalaya Basin Management Agency, Lower Nongrim Hills, Shillong or at the office of the District Project Management unit located in all the offices of the Deputy Commissioner cum District Project Coordinator, Megha – LAMP up to 5 pm on November 26 which is the last date for accepting the applications. Acknowledgment slip issued on receipt of the application form shall constitute proof of submission.
