Applications in standard form are invited from eligible candidates for post of Sr. Consultant, Consultant and Data Entry Operator in the office of Meghalaya State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) for the Scheme "Implementation of Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction" and for the Scheme "Strengthening of DDMAs of Hazard Prone Districts" on contractual basis as per Terms of Reference and conditions laid down by the Government of India.

1. Post Name:- Sr. Consultant
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Discipline:- Disaster Management
   Age limit:- The maximum age limit will be 65 years
   Salary:- Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) per month.
   Educational Qualification:- Master's Degree in any discipline (preferably in Disaster Management, Social Work, Sociology, Geography, Agriculture, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).
   Experience:- Candidates should have minimum experience of 10 years in the fields related to disaster Management – Post Qualification.
2. Post Name:- Consultant
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Age limit:- The maximum age limit will be 65 years.
   Salary:- Rs.70,000/- per month.
   Educational Qualification:- Master's Degree in any discipline (preferably in Disaster Management, Social Work, Sociology, Geography, Agriculture, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).
   Experience:- Candidates should have minimum post qualification experience of 5 years in the fields related to disaster management.
3. Post Name:- Data Entry Operator
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Discipline:- Disaster Management
   Age limit:– The maximum age limit will be 35 years.
   Salary:- Rs. 22,000/- per month.

Educational Qualification:-

1. Graduation in any discipline
2. Typing speed of 40 wpm.
3. Diploma / Certificate Course (1 year) in Computers.
4. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Reader, Internet, E-Mail, etc.

Experience:- Candidates should have minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.
