The High Court of Meghalaya invites application from citizens of India for filling up the following posts in the High Court in Shillong.
1. System Officer
No of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: Rs 17,000-470-20, 290-EB-560-25,330-760-33,690 p.m.
Eligibility Criteria: BE/B. Tech/MCA in Computer science/ engineering/information technology with first class or minimum 60 percent marks in aggregate or master degree in physics/Maths/statistics/operations research with first class or at least 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent grade with post graduate diploma in computer science/applications or masters degree in computer science/information technology with first class or at least 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent grade or B.Sc. (computer science or IT) BCA/BSC in physics/Maths/statistics/operations research/computer science with either post graduate diploma in computer science or computer or computer applications (from a govt. recognised university/institution). The Bachelor's degree with post graduate diploma should be in first class or at least with 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent grade; and two years experience in the relevant field.
NOTE: The age limit for the post of System Officer is 30-40 years as on the last date of receiving the application.
2. Library Assistant:
No of Posts: 2
Pay Scale: Rs 9,200-230,10,810-EB-300-13510-410-18,020 p.m
Eligibility criteria: Bachelor degree or diploma in Library science from a recognised university and proficiency in the use of computer.
3. Typist (Ordinary Grade)
No of Posts: 2
Pay Scale: Rs 8,300-210-9770-EB-270-12,200-370-16,270 p.m
Eligibility criteria: Bachelor Degree from a recognised university with diploma in typing.
4. Electrician
No of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: Rs 8,300-210-9770-EB-270-12,200-370-16,270 p.m
Eligibility criteria: HSSLC with ITI or equivalent trade certificate or electrician.
5. Driver
No of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: Rs 7,700-190-9,030-EB-250-11,280-340-15,020 p.m
Eligibility criteria: Class IX passed from a recognised school/institution with three years experience.
6. Cook
No of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: Rs 6500-160-7620-EB-210-9510-290-12700 p.m.
Eligibility criteria: HSSLC passed from a recognised board with diploma in cooking.
