National Institute of Technology Meghalaya invites applications from Indian nationals for the recruitment of Adhoc Faculty positions (purely temporary) in the various departments for one semester (Spring, 2019-20 i.e. from 2nd December 2019 to 29th May 2020).

1. Post Name:- Civil Engineering (CE)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Educational Qualification:- CE) Ph.D. (Completed or Thesis submitted) with B. Tech and M. Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
2. Post Name:- Electrical Engineering (EE)
   No of posts:- 2 (Two)
   Educational Qualification:- Ph.D. (Completed or Thesis submitted) with B. Tech and M. Tech in EE/EIE/EC.
3. Post Name:- Computer Science & Engineering (CS)
   No of posts:- 2 (Two)
   Educational Qualification:- Ph.D. (Completed or Thesis submitted) with B. Tech and M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering.
4. Post Name:- Chemistry (CH)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Educational Qualification:- Chemistry (CH) Ph.D. (Completed or Thesis submitted) in Chemistry with a specialization in Inorganic Chemistry.
5. Post Name:- Mathematics (MA)
   No of posts:- 1 (One)
   Educational Qualification:- Ph.D. (Completed or Thesis submitted) in Mathematics with a specialization in Applied Mathematics (Fluid Dynamics, Numerical Analysis and Differential equations.
6. Post Name:- Humanities and Social Sciences (HS)
   No of posts:- 2 (Two)
   Educational Qualification:-
   (a) One position: Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Accounting and Economics.
   (b) One position: Ph.D. in English Literature.
   Salary:- Consolidated monthly pay (as per NIT Meghalaya rules) with free accommodation in the institute hostel.
