The Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) seeks applications from the citizens of Meghalaya for filling three State Mission Manager/ Project Manager posts. The dates for submission of the application form and copy of documents are from the 28th of October 2019 up to 5:00 pm on 5th November 2019.
- Post Name:- State Mission Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Place of Posting:- Head Office, State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) Shillong.
Upper age limit:- 40 years.
Salary:- Rs. 42,000/- per month.
Education Qualification & Experience:-
1. PG/PG Diploma/Degree in Rural Development/Economics/ Statistics/ Management from recognized 2. University/ Institution.
3. Minimum of 8 years' experienced in Monitoring, Evaluation & Analysis.
4. Minimum of 8 years' working with Govt. promoted Organisation(s).
Desirable:-
1. Minimum of 10 years' working experience in Monitoring, Evaluation & Analysis.
2. Skill and knowledge in Survey, Research, and uses of Monitoring tools.
3. He/She should have good analytical and statistical skills, communication skills and Proficiency in English.

1. MBA /M. Com from recognized University/ Institution.
2. Minimum 8 years' working experience in Rural Development Sector/ Projects, preferably in banking, microfinance and financial services.
3. Minimum of 8 years' working Govt. promoted Organisation(s).
Desirable:-
1. Minimum of 10 years' working experience in banking, microfinance, and financial services.
2. Should have knowledge of Rural Banking and Financial Inclusion.
3. Knowledge of rural institutional credit delivery will be an added advantage.
4. Good Communications Skills and Proficiency in English.
5. Computer Skills with an emphasis on MS Office. - Post Name:- Project Manager – Information Technology
No of posts:- 1 (One)
Place of Posting:- Head Office, State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) Shillong.
Upper age limit:- 35 years.
Salary:- Rs. 35,000/- per month.
Education Qualification & Experience:-
1. Post-Graduate degree or Diploma in M.Sc (IT/Computer), MCA, B.Tech/B.E. (IT/Computer) from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in MIS, software design and development of the website.
3. Minimum 5 years' working Govt. promoted Organisation(s).
Desirable:-
1.Minimum of 8 years' working experience in the IT sector.
2.Good Communications Skills and Proficiency in English.
3.Computer Skills with an emphasis on MS Office.
4.The candidates should have obtained at least 55% marks at any level from recognized Universities or Institutions as the case may be.
The maximum age for SC/ST candidates is relaxable by five years. For Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), age is relaxable by ten years (fifteen years for SC/ ST) as per the extant policy of the Government of Meghalaya.
