When contacted the head of the royal house of Tripura and the grand son of Bir Bikram Pradyot Manikya welcomed the statement and said that the governor was stating historical facts. He however felt sad that the communist leaders cannot acknowledge this fact because they are burdened by their hatred towards the Royal Families .'For a person with a hammer every solution looks like a nail' Pradyot said taking a jibe at the ideology of the communist world over.

It is well understood that the communist have never like the royals and this has been the state agenda and policy to denounce them.Sadly a lot of good work, history and heritage by the rulers have been either lost or not highlighted the marxist who rather showcase the works of Mao,Lenin and Karl Marx in the state.
