# Manuel Blanco Romasanta was a Spanish serial killer accounted for 13 murders. He claimed to have been suffering from Lycanthropy (a form of madness involving the delusion of being an animal, usually a wolf, with correspondingly altered behavior, in other words he believed he could turn into a wolf). He was the first Spanish documented serial killer. He deceived women and children into travelling with him and then he killed them and removed their fats from their body in order to sell them. Manuel's own words 'The first time I transformed, was in the mountains of Couso. I came across two ferocious-looking wolves. I suddenly fell to the floor, and began to feel convulsions, I rolled over three times, and a few seconds later I myself was a wolf. I was out marauding with the other two for five days, until I returned to my own body, the one you see before you today, Your Honor. The other two wolves came with me… They too were cursed… we attacked and ate a number of people because we were hungry."He was cannibalistic.

# Harold Shipmanaka 'Dr. Death' was an English serial killer convicted of 15 murders and later claimed to have killed at least 215 people. The number could possibly have been 417 people since it was a period of over 25 years. 80% of his victims are said to be women though his youngest victim was a 41 year old man . His status as a doctor was a mask to hide the crimes he committed and made it impossible for any fingers to be pointed towards him as a killer. It is believed that he killed 260 of his patients, injecting them with lethal doses of painkillers. He may in fact have taken his first victim within months of obtaining his license to practice medicine, 67-year-old Margaret Thompson, who died in March 1971 while recovering from a stroke, but deaths prior to 1975 were never officially proven.

# Suleyman Aktas aka 'Nailing Killer' is a Turkish serial killer. His most gruesome killing, in his own account, were five deaths caused by him nailing his victims in the eyes and head. He suffered from Paranoid Schizophrenia and is still in rehab, kept in a special hospital department cell for the past 13 years due to signs of mental illness. In 2007, Aktaş was seen publicly for the first time in a rehabilitation show program of the hospital, after spending 12 years at rehab. The following year he assaulted his roommate, the 'child killer' Ömer Yılmaz, and wounded him by hitting him in the head with a rock in the exercise yard of the hospital.
