MUSIC | Shillong’s Reble aka Daiaphi Lamare to release new single today

Reble aka Daiaphi Lamare, one of the pioneers in the local Hip-Hop scene in Shillong will be releasing her new single "BELIEVE" produced by D'mon, which will be out at 7 PM today, in Youtube.

The song "Believe " is a very simple song with no complex wordplay or lyricism . It is a song that can be understood by anyone including children . The motive behind the song is to inspire people to chase their dreams regardless of what the system tells them .

'Me and my producer D'mon have had hardships ourselves and are still struggling to this date . Thus , this song describes us and our struggle as musicians' said Daia

She added that "the song has a very optimistic message as it speaks of how people should never give up on their dreams regardless of how difficult the situation is. Success comes at a price and we need to be mentally prepared to face the obstacles that come along the way . We may be underground for now but someday we will surely make it big . There is hope for a better future".
