Alobo Naga releases new single

DIMAPUR: Alobo Naga, an aspiring artist from Dimapur, Nagaland has release his new single Chasing Ghosts featuring MOTO on June 2 2016.  Alobo Naga holds a Licentiate in Music performance certificate in Contemporary Vocals (LRSL), from Rock School, London; the first from India to do so.

Alobo is a very committed Christian who has served as a worship leader in Sumi Baptist church Delhi (2004), Freedom church Delhi (2005), Church of the Nation and Kingdom International Delhi (2006).

Besides being a solo artist, he also fronts the band Alobo Naga & The Band. Their song Painted Dreams was selected as the Theme Song for the prestigious International Short Film Festival 2011 held in Guwahati. Painted Dreams went up to No.4 at the International Top 10 chart on VH1 and was successively announced as one of the top 50 videos of 2011 by the same music channel. They were nominated for MTV Europe Music Awards 2012 nominations for Best worldwide Best Act and won the Best Indian Act award.

The promotion of the new single was hugely done on social medias before the release. People from across the world like France, Germany, USA, UK, Australia, Nepal, Isreal, Poland, New Zealand, Palau etc. came out to support the artiste by holding a placard and clicking picture, even Celebrities like Bhaichung Bhutia, Meiyeng Chang, Prashant Tamang, Ronnie Lahiri, Renedy Singh, Benjamin Pintoo and many others came forward to support the artiste.

Alobo Naga's Chasing Ghosts was also featured on MOTO, a Germany based music-producer, composer and arranger specialized in pop music production originally, from Nagaland. He has been working as a freelancer in the music production business for several years now. He has worked with and for artists from all over the world.
