Blackpink member Rosé sets record for most-watched K-pop solo artist on Youtube
Rosé is also the first artist to top the US Billboard Global Charts, both as a solo artist and a group member.

SEOUL:
Guinness World Records (GWR) announced that Roseanne Park aka Rosé of the Korean pop (K-pop) group BLACKPINK, won the title of ‘The Most Watched K-Pop Solo Artists YouTube Video’, amassing over 41.6 million views in just 24 hours.
The music video for ‘On The Ground’, shattered the previous record held by PSY at 36 million views for the worldwide hit, ‘Gangnam Style’.
BLACKPINK also held the Guinness World Record titles of “most-viewed YouTube video in 24 hours” and the “most viewed music video in 24 hours.”
However, these records are now held by fellow K-pop band BTS for their hit single ‘Dynamite’.
Rosé is also the first artist to top the US Billboard Global Charts, both as a solo artist and a group member.
