Woman walks up naked to police station after being thrashed, stripped by in-laws; FIR lodged
GUWAHATI | May 15, 2019:
After being ill-treated by her in-laws, a woman reached at a police station in a naked state to file her complaint.
The incident took place in Bidasar area of Churu district in Rajasthan.
The victim alleged that on Sunday, she had a heated verbal spat with her in-laws and they tore off her clothes. She has also alleged that her in-laws have been torturing her when her husband is not around.
According to media reports, the victim's husband is a labourer by profession, presently working in Assam.
An FIR has been registered against the in-laws, who have already been arrested by the police. While on her way to station some people clicked her pictures, matter being probed.
