NEW DELHI | SEPT 06, 2020:

Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat said that India is fully committed to winning its wars with the help of indigenous solutions.

He said, both the government and the Armed Forces have demonstrated their resolve and commitment to the 'Make in India' Defence initiative.

Speaking in a virtual symposium organised by Society for Aerospace Maritime and Defence Studies on Saturday, General Rawat said that in the emerging security paradigm, maintaining security in the strategic space of the extended neighbourhood is equally important as safeguarding the frontiers at the International Border, Line of Control (LOC) or the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
