36-yr-old arrested for sodomizing 9-year-old boy

A 36-year-old man has been arrested by the police on charges of sodomizing a 9-year-old boy two weeks ago at Dombivili, Mumbai.
The accused has been identified Dinesh Lawhari. The accused also showed pornographic video to the boy before sodomizing the victim. The boy was known to the accused as he lived in the neighborhood.
According to a report in PTI, the crime occurred last Sunday at the house of the accused. Manpada police had booked the accused under IPC sections 377 (unnatural offences), 342 (wrongful confinement), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The accused worked as a housekeeper.
