Six people including cop killed in US' supermarket shooting

At least six people, including a police officer, were killed after a gunman opened fire at people in a supermarket in Boulder, the US state of Colorado on Monday, officials said.

“We have multiple victims who lost their lives. One of the victims is a Boulder police officer,” the Boulder Police Department tweeted.

The suspect is in custody, and Investigation is underway, the police said.

It is to be mentioned that last week, at least eight people were shot dead in a string of attacks at two spas in Atlanta city.

“Among the eight victims, six women are of Asian descent,” Atlanta city police Chief Rodney Bryant said.
