Due to incessant rain for the past few days, the NH-06 Sohbhala, Umsning in Ri-Bhoi district of Meghalaya has been badly affected by landslides.
The Ri-Bhoi district police, in a tweet, has urged the public to drive carefully as the movement of vehicles is concentrated only on one lane.
In a similar incident, traffic movement was disrupted for several hours in laitlyngkot, East Khasi Hills after a landslide occurred in the area on Saturday morning.
