Save The Nature

Our North-East is a Land
of Hills, Full of nature.
Mountains surrounding by;
Birds are flying and singing.
These all make me feel
happy.

Now, it is in danger
because of us.
We are cutting the trees.
Is this what we are giving
to the nature?
Nature is giving us many
things.
Is this what we are giving?

"Save Nature! Save Nature!"
Says the children.
"No cutting trees! No cutting
trees!" Says the children.
Save Nature! Save Nature!
Say it to all.

The poet is a 13-year old student of Ane Moriam School in Sangram, Arunachal Pradesh
