Meghalaya: A day after mishap, accident victim succumbs to injuries

A day after a road mishap in Tura, the victim succumbed to his injuries today morning the Tura Civil Hospital (TCH).
The deceased identified as Jaseng D Shira (46) of Upper Wadanang in Tura had been injured after his motorcycle had a head on collision with a Tata Winger coming in the opposite direction near the village of Aguragre, close to Jengjal.
The incident occurred in the afternoon yesterday. He was rushed to the TCH for treatment and was critical last evening.
