Businessman files complaint against cow

NEW DELHI, May 1, 2018 (TNN): A Delhi businessman has registered a police complaint against a cow following a road accident which left him with a fractured leg.
In his complaint at Sadar Bazar police station, the man alleged that his scooty was hit by a cow on April 27 at Delhi's Mata Sherewali market. The man was rushed to LNJP hospital in an ambulance.
Based on a complaint from the victim, the cops have registered a case but have so far failed to identify the 'accused' cow and its owner. Police are also scanning footages from the CCTV cameras installed in the area for clues.
