Assam: ULFA linkman held in Guwahati

GUWAHATI, July 5, 2018: One ULFA linkman was arrested by the Gorchuk police near Boragaon area.
As per to the police, the linkman, identified as Dhanjit Das from Nalbari had collected Rs. 5 lakh from a person residing in the city.
Following the trail, police launched an operation and was able to unearth an amount of Rs 4 lakh 48 thousand from Dhanjit's Nalbari residence.
Police said that Dhanjit has been collecting money under the instruction of Padmalochan Das, a confidant of ULFA Jiban Moran.
