Meghalaya: Cyclone destroys several homes in West Khasi Hills
According to sources, villagers informed the incident took place at around 6:00 pm, and no casualty was reported at the incident.

A cyclone accompanied by high-velocity winds destroyed several houses at Pyndengrei village of West Khasi Hills District in Meghalaya on April 4.
According to sources, villagers informed the incident took place at around 6:00 pm, and no casualty was reported at the incident.
Meanwhile, Nongstoin legislator Macmillan Byrsat along with the village Headman M. Marwein on Monday visited the cyclone-affected areas.
Byrsat met some of the affected families and assured them of necessary help for the restoration of their homes.
