Last patient from Meghalaya test positive again; state yet to be declared ‘Covid-19 free’


SHILLONG | MAY 03, 2020:

Meghalaya is yet to be declared as a covid-19 free state, as lone covid-19 patient has been tested positive yet again.

Meghalaya Deputy CM Prestone Tynsong informed that the result of the lone patient was tested positive. He said that the virus is still left in the body of the patient.

It was informed that the samples of the lone patient will be sent for testing again.

Earlier, ten COVID 19 patients were declared recovered after their reports came out negative following two consecutive tests.
