Temjen Toy is Nagaland’s new Chief Secretary

Additional Chief Secretary of Nagaland, Temjen Toy has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Nagaland today afternoon.

Toy took over as the new CS from outgoing Chief Secretary Pankaj Kumar, who is now posted as Additional Secretary, under the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).

Official sources informed that Toy will be taking charge as the new CS on a temporary basis.

Earlier, during the day, Nagaland Government bade farewell in honour of the outgoing Chief Secretary Pankaj Kumar at the Secretariat Plaza in the Civil Secretariat here.

Speaking on behalf of the Government, Toy said the contributions made by the outgoing Chief Secretary for the State of Nagaland and also for the Government was commendable.
