SHILLONG, Aug 26, 2017: On the 107th birth anniversary of St. Mother Teresa, we would like to remind you of the time when the Nobel Peace laureate visited Shillong in the early 1970s.

Saint Mother Teresa visited Shillong not once but more than twice.

She made her first visit in 1974 when she came to inaugurate the rehabilitation centre for lepers at Nongpoh.
