India registered 37,154 new COVID-19 cases, including 724 COVID-related deaths in the last 24 hours on Monday, informed the Union Health Ministry.

5. Nagaland: RPP urges govt to consider age relaxation for NPSC, NSSB aspirants
Newly formed political party from Nagaland, the Rising People’s Party (RPP) has requested the Nagaland Government to give age relaxation to aspiring Nagaland Public Service Commission (NSPC) and Nagaland Staff Selection Board (NSSB) aspirants, who could not appear for the examinations due to the COVID imposed restrictions.
6. Dibrugarh-Imphal flight becomes operational under UDAN programme
Domestic carrier Indigo started another flight from Dibrugarh to Imphal on Monday, under the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) – UDAN programme of the Government of India.
