Arunachal Pradesh: Modi to prepare special package for State, Pema Khandu to be rewarded for loyalty

ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh has been in the centre of the storm with virulent politics ruling the roost.

Arunachal Pradesh by-poll victory of the North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) win was a stamp of approval for the NEDA government under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu.

A special package will be announced soon by Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he visits the state. According to an official release, while addressing participants in the Tai New Year festival at Namsai district the minister said the Centre is planning to develop all border areas in the state.

BJP unit President Tapir Gao did make a statement that it was a sign of good days to come, he said “Lotus will bloom more and more. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership is not only accepted by the tribals but is being hailed as the golden period of the tribals of the frontier state.” It could be anticipated that the special package could also extend to Pema Khandu’s success.
