Joi Barua releases new single dedicated to Assam's pony racing tradition

Joi Barua, an Assamese musician has release a new song Riders of the Mist  which is a tribute song to the 130 year-old tradition of pony racing which is still kept alive by the Mishing bareback riders and tea plantation community in Assam. Joi who hails from Digboi in Assam started his music career singing jingles in advertisements.

Besides being a solo artist, he is also the lead vocalist of the band Joi.
